All PUMPEX wastewater pumps are manufactured to the highest quality to
ensure durability and good pumping economy. The design features offers the
easiest maintenance and service found on the market.PUMPEX wastewater pumprs are available in standard sizes from 1 to 200 kW. The class F insulated motors, with thermal overload switches imbedded in each phase, are enclosed in a rugged quality cast iron outer housing. Oversized stainless steel shafts and oversized balltype thrust and radial bearing ensures smooth and vibrationfree running. The PUMPEX volutes are extra thick-walled quality cast iron, smoothed on the inside for minimum turbulence. The volute is attached to the motor unit with latch-bold assembly for easy inspection and are available for wet- or dry installation. 
The PUMPEX impellers of hardwearing ductile cast iron are precision machined
to exact tolerances for maximum hydraulic efficiency and dynamically balanced
for individual impeller to be trimmed to the correct oprating point.Adjustable wear rings and separate closed motor cooling system are additional unique PUMPEX features. Mechanical Shaft Seal Double mechanical shaft seals are built into a cartridge system. The factory-tested cartridge system makes it possible to replace a defective seal unit in the field without special tools and eliminates all risks of inproper installation. Drainage Pumps
